The ultimate top-to-bottom cleaning allows our cleaning team to ensure the high-quality results we’re known for. Perfect for first-time cleanings, Airbnb cleaning, real estate cleaning, make-ready cleaning, home staging cleaning, last-minute pre-party spruce-ups, event cleaning, Holiday cleaning, and Spring Cleaning.

 

Services include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms, and cleaning and dusting bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms. Additional rooms such as finished basements, gyms, home offices, family rooms, and dens are considered add-on services. Cleaning interior windows is also an add-on service. The Kitchen Essentials include cleaning the inside of the fridge and cabinets (must be emptied), the inside of the oven, and a deep clean of the stovetop and hood. These options can be selected on the booking form as the Kitchen Essentials or a la carte. The Bathroom Deep Clean can be selected if the bathrooms require extra time due to the condition.

We’re committed to making your move as easy as possible! This is a thorough cleaning of your home or apartment. Check out our customized 50-Point Cleaning Checklist to see what’s included. Please note: The home or apartment must be empty before our cleaning team arrives, with no other people such as movers, painters, or tradespeople working in the space. It must have running water and electricity. That way our cleaners can focus on what they do best – Clean!

Post-Construction or Post-Renovation cleaning focuses on removing sheetrock dust and sawdust. To book this service, select the Post-Construction or Post-Renovation extra on the booking page.

For the safety of our teams, we do NOT offer the following as part of our cleaning services:

 

Any surfaces over 10 feet high requiring an extension ladder (high windows, ceiling fans, vents, crown molding). If a 2-step ladder is available, our team can use it to reach higher areas.

Ceiling fans are not cleaned unless within reach and requested as an add-on.

Hazardous materials or substances like blood, waste, trash cans, litter boxes, pet messes, and pet beds. Removing strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.), walls, heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, and other painted surfaces due to potential damage to the paint, upholstery, freezers, chandeliers, HVAC/ceiling vents, fixtures, fragile blinds, removing cabinet liners, exterior windows, hard water buildup, mold/paint removal, grout, unfinished basements, concrete, furniture moving, heavy lifting, outdoor work, hoarding, excess clutter, dead bugs or pest control (fleas, roaches, rodents, bed bugs, etc.) or unsafe environments. If you have the above, we have a trusted highly rated local partner to help get your home ready for us to clean it!

TRUST & SAFETY

All of our cleaning professionals are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people who apply end up working as a Rosie Cleans certified cleaner.

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

Call or text us right away at 256-469-1885  if you have a concern about your recent cleaning. You can also contact our client support team here. To ensure your satisfaction, your cleaning team leader will do a walk-through with you of your home at the beginning and end of service. While we aim to provide excellent service, if anything is missed, let the team leader know during the walk-through so it can be fixed immediately!

We have three levels of security in place. First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know right away. We’ll make it right!

MISCELLANEOUS

Absolutely!  Just let us know in the Notes section of the booking form how the cleaning team can enter your home. Leaving keys with a doorman, under the mat, or in a key lockbox are options. Provide details on any focus areas in the instructions. You’ll receive a text/email when done. Communication is our priority.

No problem! You can either email us at [email protected] or call/text us at 256-469-1885 and we will take care of everything. Please give us 24 hours’ notice, by 5 pm before the day of your cleaning. Otherwise, there’s a $50 cancellation fee.

GETTING STARTED

Go to “Book Now” enter your contact information, then select the number of bedrooms/square footage, bathrooms, and any extra services. Select your desired date and time, and any special notes or instructions. Enter your credit card information to confirm your booking. You will not be charged until the service has been completed.

The price is based on the number of bedrooms/square footage, bathrooms, and extra services. Make your selections and the price is shown instantly on the website.

For one, two and three bedroom homes, we send a single cleaner. For four bedrooms or more, we’ll send a team of two. In a hurry? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies and products. Unless there is a specific request for a certain product that you would like the team to use, you can leave it out for them.
