Collection of Your Personal Information Rosie Cleans collects some personally identifiable information, like your name and contact details. If you buy our services, we also gather billing and credit card info to complete your purchase. We do not share this data with any third parties.

 

Security of Your Personal Information

Rosie Cleans protects your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When you provide sensitive information (like a credit card number), it is encrypted for transmission to our website.

We have a multi-layered security approach:

  • Our booking page uses extended validation SSL.

  • Our booking form has 256-bit encryption.

  • Credit card transactions use a separate 256-bit encryption protocol.

  • We do not store credit card numbers in our system. Our credit card processor uses tokenized technology to encrypt numbers with a surrogate value. This allows us to charge the card after service completion.

Confirmation and Reminders

After your booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the selected date, time, service details, frequency, and estimated price. The day before your cleaning, you will receive a reminder email with the same details. Please review it. To make changes, log into your account or contact us.


Additional Fees

Extra fees may apply if:

• The home has more rooms than stated in your booking. Pricing is for standard-sized residences.

• Extra cleaning time is required. If deeper cleaning is needed due to the home’s condition, the cleaning will take longer and cost $25 for any additional half hour.

• Deep Cleaning, Move-in/Move-Out, Post-Construction, or Post-Renovation: If the bathrooms require extra time due to the condition, the fee is $100 per hour. If the home requires a Move in/Move-out cleaning, post-construction, or post-renovation cleaning and it’s not selected on your initial booking, we’ll contact you to inform you and add the service to your booking so our team can complete the cleaning.

 

Extra Time

If additional cleaning time is required, our cleaning team will thoroughly clean the home at a rate of $25 for any additional half hour. The total fee will be included in your final total.

 

Same-Day Service / Emergency Cleanings

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to schedule cleaning services so we can ensure we meet all your needs. However, if you have an emergency, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests, though a $50 rush fee will apply.

 

Prepare for Your Cleaning

To maximize efficiency, please pick up toys and clothes before our cleaning team arrives. Place pets in a comfortable spot. Following these tips will help us ensure your belongings are safe. See our cleaning checklist for included and excluded services.

 

Your First Cleaning

We recommend you or the person you assign be present for your initial cleaning to meet the cleaning team and perform the walk-through together. Once you’re satisfied with our work and service, you can choose not to be home for your recurring cleanings. Just ensure the cleaning team can access your place if you or your assignee is not there. You’ll get an email or text after each cleaning asking about your experience.

 

If you won’t be home at all, no problem! Just note in the “Special Notes or Instructions” section of the booking page how the cleaning team can enter your place. Leaving keys with a doorman, under the mat, or in a lockbox are options. Provide details on any areas needing extra attention in the “Special Notes or Instructions.” You’ll get an email or text when done. Communication is our top priority.

 

Arrival Window

The cleaning techs will arrive within the arrival window for your booking, barring unforeseen circumstances like accidents or bad weather. If the team is delayed, we’ll contact you.


No Show/
No Access Fee

If our cleaning team cannot access your home on your scheduled cleaning day, we will contact you to ensure access. If we receive no response, a fee of $50 will apply.

 

Service Cancellations

We understand schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible to modify or reschedule your cleaning service. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice by 5 pm the day before your scheduled cleaning.

  • For Monday cancellations, contact us by Saturday at 5 pm as we are closed on Sundays.

  • For other days, cancellations made within 24 hours can be rescheduled at no cost. Any unused promotion credits will be applied to your account.

  • Cancellations after 5 pm the day before will incur a $30 fee. Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

Cancellation of Recurring Services

All clients have one day to cancel recurring services after purchase without penalty. After this initial period, cancellations incur fees:

  • $50 minimum for cancellations

  • 20% of the total service amount for services over $350

Due to scheduling requirements, fees apply to all cancellations after the initial cancellation period.

 

Feedback or Concerns

We value your feedback and want to address any concerns you may have about our cleaning services.

To ensure we meet your needs, our quality assurance team lead will perform a walk-through with you before and after each cleaning. Though we aim to provide excellent service every time, if we miss anything, please notify the team lead or contact us as the service is happening or during the walk-through so we can promptly resolve it. Our Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or end service. Asking our cleaning techs to do cleaning work outside of Rosie Cleans is strictly forbidden and will result in service termination.

 

Your Account

If you use this site, you’re responsible for keeping your account and password private. You agree to take responsibility for all activity under your account or password. You can’t assign or transfer your account to anyone else. You understand that Rosie Cleans isn’t responsible for unauthorized access to your account from theft or misuse of your account. Rosie Cleans reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, end accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.

 

Services can’t be transferred. Promotions, pricing, and discounts may vary.

 

Opt-Out or Unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you the chance to opt out of getting certain information from us. Users can opt out of getting some communications from Rosie Clean by clicking “unsubscribe” in our outgoing emails.

 

Trademark

All trademarks, product names, company names, logos, shown or cited in this site belong to their owners. You can’t display or use Rosie Cleans’ marks in any way without our prior written permission.
